Remote control of employees

Remote controls that affect the privacy of employees, which have created so much controversy, will be done, but in a "privacy-respectful" way. Therefore, it will not be possible to install control tools on mobile phones and tablets supplied to workers, but on those tools there can only be "applications aimed at the job for which it was delivered".

The simplification decree allowed remote control without the need for an ad hoc trade union agreement. The employer could also access data and conversations on the employee's personal devices, if he used them for work. The worker caught using them for non-work purposes risked disciplinary sanctions. With the new legislation, applications aimed at controlling the employee's computer, tablet, smartphone cannot be installed.
